Landlord And M.F. Tenant Or Hagag E.L. (the 'Landlord') applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict M. F. and Or Hagag (the 'Tenant') because the Landlord in good faith requires possession of the rental unit for the purpose of residential occupation for at least one year. The Landlord also claimed compensation for each day the Tenant remained in the unit after the termination date. This application was heard by videoconference on May 31, 2023. The Landlord, the Tenant and the Tenant’s legal representative, Adam F., attended the hearing, at which time the parties consented to the following terms. I am satisfied that the Tenant understood the terms and their consequences and freely entered into the terms. On consent, it is ordered that: The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant is terminated effective April 16, 2023.
