AMENDED ORDER
Pursuant to a request received from the Landlord, the order has been corrected
to address a clerical error. Specifically, per the Landlord’s request, the order has
been amended to reflect the submissions made at the hearing. Deletions have
been struck through and additions have been bolded and underlined. The Order
is otherwise unchanged.
Endless Property Holdings (the 'Landlord') applied for an order to terminate the tenancy
and evict C.B. and Diane Caron (the 'Tenant') because the Tenant did not
pay the rent that the Tenant owes.
This application was heard by videoconference on April 25, 2024, at 09:00 am.
Only the Landlord Representative Brittany Stewart attended the hearing.
As of 09:30 am, the Tenant was not present or represented at the hearing although
properly served with notice of this hearing by the LTB. There was no record of a request
to adjourn the hearing. As a result, the hearing proceeded with only the Landlord's
evidence.
1. The Landlord advised the LTB at the hearing the Tenant had abandoned the
unit as of April 18, 2024. paid all the rent that was in arrears and all additional
rent that would have been due under the tenancy agreement for the period
ending April 30, 2024, and the filing fee.

2. The Landlord's application for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the
Tenant based upon arrears of rent is discontinued.
